FAQ

*Does Landry Parker Avenue Diapers require a cover?

Our Barely There All In Ones provide your cover and absorbent layers in one easy to use system.  Although out fitted diapers are absorbent enough to be worn without a cover at home.  You will want to use a cover if you plan to be out and about.

*Can I reuse the diaper’s shell if it isn’t soiled after a diaper change?

You bet! You may purchase extra Insert/booster sets for these occasions.

*Does my diaper need to be prepped before using?

During the construction process, the sewing needle will leave tiny holes in the waterproof core, which may cause moisture to wick onto the outer portion of your diaper. Please be aware that when you dry your diaper for the first time, the heat will seal up these microscopic holes, and you will not experience any wicking with future use. Additionally, the bamboo/organic cotton fleece that is used in our inserts will become more absorbent with subsequent washes. Many buyers will use the diaper straight out of the package. Just be mindful that the diaper has not reached its full potential to absorb, and plan on changing sooner than usual.

*Do you have a return policy for diaper purchases?

Every Landry Parker Avenue diaper is made by hand with the utmost care and attention to detail. In the event that your diaper arrives with a defect, please notify me by clicking on the contact link at the top of the store page, and I will promptly assist you with any concerns.

*What is your shipping policy?

All orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Please allow for  exceptions during weekends and holidays.  All orders are shipped using  USPS. All US orders are shipped free of charge.   International buyers will be invoiced for exact shipping charges following the purchase.

*Is there an option to purchase custom diapers?

I’m so glad that you asked! I am now offering an exclusive, one of a kind version of a traditional custom order purchase. Details about this option  will be added in the future.

*Do you offer your product at wholesale prices?

In order to retain the best quality that we can achieve for our product, I plan to remain a hands on business, rather than outsource for increased production. As such, I am unable to offer wholesale pricing at this time.
